Your practice probably has hundreds or thousands of people who were your patients over the years and who don't come in anymore.

At the same time, there are moments during the day when some employees are available, even though their time is still being paid for.

GoodSense Club helps you turn these two resources you already have into new opportunities for your practice.

How it works

1

Your practice joins GoodSense Club

As a member professional you receive a personal code that identifies your practice.

You can use this code whenever you present the Club to your patients and new contacts.

2

Choose a service to offer for free

You decide which service to offer Club members for free. It should be something with real value for the person, but sustainable for your practice.

For example: "Free service reserved for GoodSense Club members: the service you choose".

3

Reach out to your past patients

During slower moments, your staff can reach out to people who haven't visited your practice in a while. The message is simple:

"Our practice has joined GoodSense Club, and we've decided to offer members [the chosen service] for free. If you're interested, we can explain how to take part."

You're not asking the patient to buy a treatment. You're giving them a concrete reason to come back to your practice.

4

The person joins the Club

Before using the free service, the person becomes a GoodSense Club member using your practice's code. They can choose the plan that suits them best:

  • 1 month — $12. To try the Club with no long commitment.
  • 6 months — $36.
  • 1 year — $52. Just $1 a week.

Renewal can be automatic, and the member can cancel it under the applicable terms. Switching to the annual plan within the first 30 days means paying only the difference.

5

The patient visits your practice

At this point they receive the free service you promised. During the visit you can also use a simple survey to better understand their needs.

If issues come up that call for other services, you can explain what solutions your practice offers. The decision to purchase any other services always remains the patient's.

Why it's worth it for your practice

You reactivate your database. An archive of past patients doesn't have to be just a list of names: it can become a source of new visits.

You make better use of employee time. It doesn't necessarily mean more work hours — it means making some hours you're already paying for more productive.

You create new business opportunities. Someone who hadn't come to your practice in a while might return thanks to the free service, and once there discover they need something else.

You help GoodSense Club grow. Every new member joins a community where professionals, businesses, and people share benefits and opportunities.

You accumulate GoodSense Credits. For activities covered by the program, your practice can earn them and also use them to create incentives and rewards for your staff.

An example of an internal reward: "This month our team hit its goal: we're sharing part of the GoodSense Credits with the employees who contributed the most." This way, staff also have a concrete reason to take part.

An example

Imagine you have 3,000 past patients in your database. Your staff gradually starts reaching out to them. 100 people accept the invitation, become GoodSense Club members, and come to your practice to use the free benefit.

Now you have 100 people who have physically returned to your practice. Some will only use the free service. Others might need your regular professional services.

idle time → contacts → members → visits → possible new customers

The principle is simple

Don't just give away a service. Use a service you can offer at low cost to create value for the patient, bring them back to your practice, and build a relationship.

The patient gets a benefit. The professional creates new opportunities. Employees can be rewarded for their productivity. GoodSense Club grows.

This is the GoodSense principle: create a system where one person's advantage can become everyone's advantage.
